Since its very inception, Vidyapith has been strictly following a 'Standard', set up with a view to establishing an ideal synthesis of our traditional systems of education and the modem methods. The academic performances of our students are, on an average, so outstanding that the Government, of India, in recognition of its merit, had declared it a 'Model School' of the Eastern Region.
In 1990, '91, '92 — for the consecutive three years — the students of Vidyapith had secured 1st position in the Madhyamik Pariksha of West Bengal — still remaining a glorious chapter in the history of Vidyapith! In other years, they have obtained various positions among the first 20 successful candidates.
