Every year, Social Service Camps are held in the remote areas of this district, to inculcate in the students the spirit of selfless service. During the camp-days, the students find opportunity to come in direct touch with the villagers and render commendable services to the community. This year, Annual Social Service Camp of Vidyapith was held at Khannadi, a backward village near Chharra, Purulia, from 2 7th Feb - 01st March, with the students of Class-IX.
